Email

  1. On the Navigation bar, choose People Outlook.com People icon.

  2. Select Home > New Contact Group.

  3. In the Contact Group box, type the name for the group.

  4. Select Contact Group > Add Members Add Members, and then select an option:

    • Select From Outlook Contacts.

    • Select From Address Book.

    • Select New E-mail Contact.

  5. Add people from your address book or contacts list, and choose OK. To select multiple people, hold down the Ctrl key as you choose members. 

  6. Choose Save & Close.



SMS - iPhone

  1. Open the Messages app.
  2. Tap the compose icon in the upper-right corner 
  3. Enter the names of the contacts you want to add, or you can tap the + icon to look for them in your Contacts list. 
  4. Type your message and tap the Send icon. 


SMS - Android - Samsung

  1. Open the Contacts app.
  2. Tap on Groups > Create.
  3. Under Group name, type a name for the group.
  4. Tap + Add member to open your list of contacts. Touch the empty check box next to the contact you want to add to the group. If you accidentally add the wrong contact, tap the red minus icon beside the name to remove the contact from the group.
  5. Tap Done and hit Save to save the name of your group and members in it.


SMS - Android - Google

  1. Open the messages app and tap Start chat to open the New conversation screen.
  2. Tap Create group to open the New group conversation screen.
  3. Tap the first few letters of each person you want to add to your group, then select their name when it pops up.
  4. When you're done, tap Next and enter a group name in the Add group name.
  5. Then, tap Next and type your message in the text box. If you receive a prompt to confirm your phone number, add it and hit OK. Your message will be sent to the group.
